Ingredients
1 1/3 heavy cream 1 Tbsp. vanilla    
2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier 1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy  4 Tbsp. sour cream
Using a cold kitchen aid bowl and whisk, beat the cream, vanilla, brandy and Grand Marnier for 1 minute.  Add the sour cream and sugar and beat on medium until soft peaks form; about 3 minutes.

Serve with strawberry crepes.
